These General Terms and Conditions of Sale concern the purchase of MARA CARTOTECNICA SRL products made remotely through the telematic network on the website with headquarters in Val Brembilla (BG) Via Caberardi, 18.

Each purchase transaction shall be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99, Legislative Decree 206/05; information directed to the conclusion of the contract shall be subject to Art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/03 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, shall be subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/03.


The contracts for the sale of products on the website are considered concluded when the purchase order placed by the customer is received by MARA CARTOTECNICA SRL and accepted by the latter. MARA CARTOTECNICA SRL shall promptly send the customer a receipt of the purchase order made by the customer. The customer, by sending his purchase order electronically, declares that he has read and accepted these general conditions of contract and undertakes to observe and respect them in his relations with MARA CARTOTECNICA SRL.


MARA CARTOTECNICA SRL pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 informs you that the personal and tax data acquired even verbally with reference to the business relations established, supplied directly by the interested parties, or otherwise acquired as part of the company’s activities, will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, including the obligations of confidentiality provided for therein. In relation to the aforementioned, the rights pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 may be exercised.


The Customer is obliged, before submitting his purchase order, to carefully read these general sales conditions. Forwarding the purchase order implies full knowledge and acceptance thereof. Finally, the Customer is obliged, once the on-line purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the conclusion of the contract.


By sending the order online, the Client transmits to MARA CARTOTECNICA SRL a proposal to purchase the product and/or products placed in the cart. When the Customer places an online order for the products he/she has placed in the cart, he/she accepts to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in these General Sales Conditions. MARA CARTOTECNICA SRL shall notify the Client of the acceptance and confirmation of the order.
In particular MARA CARTOTECNICA SRL shall not accept orders
– if the material is not in stock at the time of the order and/or
– if the Customer cannot or does not wish to pay using credit cards (Paypal) or bank transfer.


In the event of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the goods MARA CARTOTECNICA SRL reserves the right to declare, pursuant to and in accordance with art. 1456 of the Civil Code, this contract terminated by sending a written notice to the customer’s email address.

For anything not expressly provided for in this contract, the provisions of current Italian law shall apply.


You can return an item within a maximum of 14 days from delivery with shipping costs charged to you by sending it to Mara Cartotecnica srl – Via Caberardi, 18 – 24012 Val Brembilla (BG).

Items with personalised prints cannot be returned.

Normally, it takes 3-7 working days to process an order, after which we ship. Delivery times depend on location and are estimated below:

Italy: 3-4 working days

Rest of Europe: 6-8 working days

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address;
  • If the address was correct and the courier did not leave the parcel either at a post office or a neighbour, please write to us at quoting the order number. If you found an error in the delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but it will be at your expense.
